RETURNS POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers may return a product within 14 days, provided that it is unopened and its original security seal remains fully intact.

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, tested or used.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at orders@skinwod.com and include:

• Your order number.
• The product(s) you wish to return.

3. Return Costs

• Returns under the right of withdrawal: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
• Defective products or seller error: All return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by LabSkinetics Beauty Science S.L.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The estimated processing time is 3–14 days from the date the returned product has been received and inspected.
