TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs). PAYMENT POLICY

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of SKINWOD cosmetic products through www.skinwod.com.

2. Ordering Process

  1. The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to the shopping cart.
  2. The Customer provides their personal details and delivery address.
  3. Payment is completed via WooPayments (debit card, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) or PayPal.
  4. An order confirmation is sent by email.
  5. Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email.

3. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, the Customer will be notified and offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund.
  • A replacement product.
  • Waiting until the item becomes available again.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices shown on the website include 21% VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are displayed before the Customer completes the purchase.

5. Payment Methods

  • WooPayments (debit cards, credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.)
  • PayPal

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

6. Shipping

Delivery Area: Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

Dispatch Location: C/ Industria 20, Guadassuar (Valencia), Spain.

Estimated Delivery Time: 24–48 business hours.

The Customer will receive a shipment tracking email once the order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery

Our delivery partner will make several delivery attempts where applicable.

If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the Customer, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery may be charged to the Customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal (15 Days)

Customers may return products within 15 days provided they are unopened and with the original seal fully intact.

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed or used.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is delivered damaged or differs from the order placed, LabSkinetics Beauty Science S.L. will cover all replacement or return shipping costs.

Photographic evidence may be requested before processing the claim.

10. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Estimated processing time: 3–14 days.

11. Product Guarantee

Our products are covered by the warranties applicable under European legislation governing cosmetic products.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use or allergic reactions that were not previously disclosed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Customers may exercise their legal rights before the competent courts of their place of residence within Spain.
