    2. Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n

    Mainland Spain<\/h3>\n

    Orders of \u20ac35 or more<\/strong> qualify for free shipping<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    For orders below \u20ac35, shipping costs will depend on the selected delivery method. The applicable charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.<\/p>\n

    The \u20ac35 free shipping threshold is calculated based on the final value of the products in the order, after discounts have been applied and excluding shipping costs.<\/p>\n

    Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla<\/h3>\n

    Orders shipped to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are always subject to shipping charges, regardless of the order value.<\/p>\n

    The shipping cost will be calculated according to the destination and selected delivery method and will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.<\/p>\n

    The free shipping promotion for orders over \u20ac35 applies to deliveries within mainland Spain only.<\/p>\n

    3. Delivery Methods<\/h2>\n

    Depending on the destination and carrier availability, customers may choose between:<\/p>\n

      The selected delivery method and its cost will be shown in the order summary before payment.<\/p>\n

      4. Delivery Times<\/h2>\n

      The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.<\/p>\n

        Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided during checkout are complete and accurate.<\/p>\n

        SKINWOD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:<\/p>\n

        • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.<\/li>\n
        • The recipient being unavailable.<\/li>\n
        • Incorrect contact details.<\/li>\n
        • Restricted access to the delivery location.<\/li>\n
        • Failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s specified collection period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Where possible, customers should notify us of any address errors before the order has been prepared or dispatched.<\/p>\n

          Once an order has been shipped, changing the delivery address may no longer be possible or may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n

          7. Collection Point Deliveries<\/h2>\n

          If a collection point is selected, the customer must collect the order within the timeframe specified by the carrier.<\/p>\n

          The carrier may request proof of identity and\/or the collection code before releasing the parcel.<\/p>\n

          If the parcel is not collected within the specified period and is returned to us, the customer must contact SKINWOD to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.<\/p>\n

          8. Failed Deliveries<\/h2>\n

          If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may attempt a second delivery, contact the customer directly or redirect the shipment to a nearby collection point, depending on the delivery service selected.<\/p>\n

          Any specific delivery or collection instructions will be communicated directly by the carrier.<\/p>\n

          9. Delivery Issues, Delays or Missing Orders<\/h2>\n

          If an order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe or tracking information indicates an issue, customers should contact SKINWOD using the customer service channels available on our website.<\/p>\n

          We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide all available information together with the necessary steps to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n

          10. Damaged Parcels<\/h2>\n

          If the parcel shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend noting this with the carrier and keeping the original packaging.<\/p>\n
