RETURNS POLICY<\/h1>\n

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)<\/h3>\n

Customers may return a product within 14 days<\/strong>, provided that it is unopened<\/strong> and its original security seal remains fully intact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, tested or used.<\/p>\n

    • Returns under the right of withdrawal:<\/strong> Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.<\/li>\n
    • Defective products or seller error:<\/strong> All return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by LabSkinetics Beauty Science S.L.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.<\/p>\n
